Getting Started

Quick Start

  1. Tap the Play button in the center to start
  2. Rotate the BPM knob to adjust tempo
  3. Tap the time signature area to select time signature
  4. Tap cells in the sequencer to program rhythm

Adjusting Tempo

  • Rotate: Slide on the BPM knob
  • Precise Input: Tap the BPM number to enter exact value
  • Tap Tempo: Tap the Tap button to detect tempo manually

Programming Rhythm

  1. Tap cells in the sequencer grid
  2. Lit cells trigger sounds at their positions
  3. Different tracks represent different sounds (e.g., kick, snare, hi-hat)
  4. Tap track names on the left to preview sounds

Saving & Switching Presets

  1. Tap the preset name at the top
  2. Select from the preset list
  3. Tap ⋮ menuSave As to save new preset
  4. The menu button glows when you have unsaved changes

Relation to Other Modules

  • Harmony: Rhythm presets can be combined with chord progressions for rhythm + harmony accompaniment
  • Practice: Rhythm presets serve as the rhythmic foundation for sections in a practice
  • Stage Mode: Play multiple sections continuously during performance, each with its own preset

Notes

  • Subdivision is disabled when using Voice sound kit
  • Presets referenced by practices cannot be deleted; modify the practice first
  • Preset names cannot exceed 50 characters
  • Screen stays on during playback
