By downloading, installing, or using FlowBeats (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Service Description

FlowBeats is a professional metronome application that provides the following core features:

Free Features

Basic metronome functionality
Rhythm preset creation and management
Playlist management (up to 10 practices)
Up to 8 sections per practice

Pro Subscription Features

Full harmony editing features
Unlimited practices
Unlimited practice sections
Save chord progressions

Subscription Services

Subscription Plans

FlowBeats Pro Annual Subscription: ¥18/year
Free Trial: New users can enjoy a 7-day free trial period

Free Trial Details

You will not be charged when the trial period begins
The annual subscription fee will be automatically charged within 24 hours before the trial period ends
To avoid automatic charges, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends
Renewal fees will be charged from your account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends

Price Changes

If we adjust subscription prices:

We will notify you in advance via in-app notification or email
Unless you cancel your subscription, the new price will take effect after the current subscription period ends
You have the right to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription through:

iOS Settings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FlowBeats Pro
App Store: Tap your avatar → Subscriptions → FlowBeats Pro
In-App: Settings → Subscription Center → Manage Subscription

Payment and Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account
We do not collect or store your payment information
Please refer to Apple Privacy Policy

Refund Policy

All refund requests are handled by Apple
Please submit refund requests through Apple Report a Problem
We cannot process refunds directly

User Responsibilities

You Agree To

Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to bypass, modify, or destroy any security features
Not use the App for any illegal activities
Not interfere with other users or the normal operation of the App

Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your Apple ID account security
You are responsible for all activities under your account

Intellectual Property

App Ownership

FlowBeats and all its content, features, and designs are the proprietary property of ClewFlow Team, protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App only on your personal devices.

Service Changes and Termination

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

Agreement Termination

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time
If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to terminate your access
Upon termination, all your rights to use the App will immediately cease

Disclaimer

As-Is Basis

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

Merchantability warranty
Fitness for a particular purpose warranty
Non-infringement warranty

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Data loss or loss of profits
Service interruption or inability to use

Filing a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you in the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
